Pricing and Fees

All quoted prices include applicable tolls and fees. A surcharge applies for payments via credit card (1.6%) and P.O.S (tap & go) (1.9%). These fees are added to the final fare before booking confirmation.

Child Safety Seats
Complimentary infant seats, capsules, and booster seats (AS/NZS 1754 standard) are available upon request. Under Queensland law, these are mandatory for passengers up to 7 years old. Failure to request a seat at the time of booking may prevent us from being able to transfer you. -
Cairns Airport Arrivals

Domestic Terminal: Proceed to the baggage claim/arrival hall. Our driver will meet you at the carousel for your nominated flight 10–15 minutes after landing.

International Terminal: Proceed to the arrivals hall after clearing customs and immigration. Our driver will meet you 20 minutes after your flight lands.
If you are delayed, contact the driver or our office. Extended delays may incur additional charges or affect our ability to complete your transfer.

Departures

Cairns Airport: Arrive 1.5–2 hours before domestic flights and 2–3 hours before international flights.

Marina/Cruise/Train: Arrive at least 1 hour before boarding.
Pickup times include travel and buffer time. We are not liable for missed onward connections.

Early Arrivals
If you arrive earlier than your scheduled pick-up time, we may be unable to meet you due to prior bookings. Please contact our office to coordinate. -
Delays and Changes

If your flight, train, or cruise is delayed, we will attempt to accommodate the new schedule. However, this may not be possible, and charges may apply for no-shows or unnotified changes. Notify us of any changes to your flight number to avoid additional fees.

Extra Stops
Quoted fares are for direct transfers only. Additional stops must be pre-arranged and are charged at $30 per 15 minutes of waiting time. -
Route Changes During Travel
Once your journey has started, the driver cannot change the route or make additional stops unless pre-booked. -
Cancellations
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur full charges. Travel insurance is recommended. -
Vehicle Cleanliness
No food or drink is allowed in the vehicle (except water in a sealable bottle). A $250 cleaning fee applies for spills or messes that render the vehicle unusable. -
Third-Party Transfers
In certain situations, your booking may be transferred to another approved and registered operator. The quoted price remains unchanged. -
Alternate Route Charges
Travel between Cairns and Port Douglas is typically via the Captain Cook Highway (1.25–1.5 hours). If unavailable due to roadworks, weather, or closures, an alternate route (2.5–3 hours) may be used, and additional charges will apply. -
